Flyers begin Playoffs tonight! 4 P.M.  PT

Can't say i am overly happy with them coasting into the playoffs these last few games. We lost home ice advantage in these last 2 weeks, and the Penguins have had our number the last two years.

Needless to say, it's the Playoffs, and being a Philly fan we all know what that means.

Here a a few of my thoughts on the series:

1) Flyers have to hound Flurry early with shots, and hope a few go in. Need to win one at least one of these first two games to take back home ice.

2) Richards needs to take control of this team. He needs to get everyone else going.

3) Keep Malkin and Crosby in check. If these two get going, it could be a looong series for Flyers fans.

4) Marty Biron must be a stud.

5) We are nicknamed the Broad Street Bullies for a reason. Cote, Asham, and Carcillo must play physical and mental head games with these "Skate Fairies" in Pittsburgh.

6) Fans need to electrify the Wachovia Center.

LET"S GO FLYERS!

Not the way to go into the playoff I agree...winning the first game to me is important
