Desert Eagles Nest

Okay ladies and gents, the time has come.  The Patriots will be coming to Lincoln Financial Field on Thursday, August 13, 2009, 7:30pm EST.   Last year the Eagles beat NE 27-17.  It will be interesting to see what the Eagles can do with their preseason crew and how it will reflect on the upcoming regular season.  Whats your take?

Can't say i am happy with all the injuries thus far. Let's get the hell home and away from Lehigh. The news of Kolb and Trent Cole was not info i wanted to wake up to. Let's hope these are minor. If Kolb can't go anytime soon.... who's left on the market to pick up in the mean time? Feely, i love ya, but not feeling to comfortable with you right now at #2.

Excited to see some of the younger guys in live action especially McCoy, Maclin and Mays, now that Bradley is done for the year. I think they want to see what Maclin can do, and how they can use him these preseason games, however i do not see him as a huge impact early in the season. I would love to see him get some time as a kick returner, but i think after seeing DeSean last year it will be hard not to put him back there. I heard Reggie Brown has been having a good camp, so i'm also interested to see what he can do as well. I have heard Weaver has been doing alright as well, anyone know anything further on him?

I Don't expect to see much of the #1's, as that's a pretty much given.

Can't wait! Time to work out the glitches, and build this roster!
