Desert Eagles Nest

First casualty of 2009 is a big one.

Losing a very young, athletic, Bradley leaves a big hole to fill in the middle. Not a season I wanted to see end this early into camp.

Joe Mays has been taking the reps on the first team. Don't know what this guy has yet. Second year guy out of South Dakota, we'll see what happens. Personally, I would like to see Gaither take some reps in there. He's been there, and has the experience at this point, but McDermott must see something in Mays to be giving him the majority of the reps. 

I'm gonna keep my fingers crossed that this works out someway or another, and knowing our history of defense, i'm sure the shoes will be filled someway or another.
